About YakaJapan

Yaka is the combination of Yatta (an exclamation of joy) and Yoka (leisure).

We are based in Japan, a small team of Japanese and Gaikokujin ("foreigners") who are passionate about this country. We come from various backgrounds with a common interest: traveling.

At YakaJapan, we all have experienced traveling and living abroad, as well as learning foreign languages. We know what it takes to plan a successful and enjoyable stay abroad.

We also understand that, for some people, going to Japan is a big step to the unknown and is thus perhaps a bit frightening. This is why our aim is also to provide personalized guidance and assistance all the way to and in Japan.

We hope that our passion for our work will show, each step of your way to and in Japan! Rest assured that we will take at heart your project.
